Fainting, Sweating, and the Importance of Proofreading

It’s Saturday and that means weekend fun!  Today I’ve got a couple of fun things to share.

First, always good for a giggle, stop by http://www.publicspeakingcomics.comand check out Felicia Slattery’s cartoons about public speaking mishaps.

And for everyone blogging along with me in the Ultimate Blog Challenge, or for anyone who does any writing at all (that’s all of us, right?), here’s a tip from the awesome folks at Ezine Articles:

If you can’t see the video, click here to watch it on YouTube:

You can find more funny and helpful videos on their site here:

And because sometimes we all need a little break from the grind and something to make us smile, you can find more of my weekend fun posts here:

(If you’re following along in the blog challenge, this post is 199 words long.  See how easy and quick that is?  100 words in each post is your minimum goal.  And if I managed to make you smile with the cartoons or video then I accomplished my goal, and showed how even short posts just sharing resources can work for you.  Now go write yours.  You can do it!)

  4. Hi Michele,

A light, short and sweet post here ;)

It become so easy to churn out short and sweet posts as you practice daily. Also, you quickly see how longer and wordier posts are necessary, much of the time. Keep things short, sweet and value-packed on my blog helps me see my attachments to my writing :)

    Thanks Michele!

  8. Proofreading is very important for any content. As per my experience, You find a lot of mistake during 1st and 2nd proofread.
