  2. I must say – when watching the first 10 seconds of this video I thought to myself “omg, why on earth would Michelle post this…” But then, it all changed. This truly is remarkable. The commentary is awesome as well.

    I encourage others to watch the video a second time, but close your eyes or turn your head. Don’t watch the footage, this way you will understand the true steps of leadership. Too cool. Great post! :)

    1. When I started to watch it the first time I almost just skipped it because I couldn’t figure out what it had to do with leadership — definitely got to watch the whole thing and listen to the commentary. :)

  3. Excellent. I agree with everything that was said in this video. I’m an activist, so I have been on both ends of following and leading (and looking ridiculous). You never get anything done if you don’t try.

    1. Looking ridiculous (or be willing to risk that) seems to be an important step in getting things done. A challenging one, but you’re right – we’ve got to step out and try if we want to make things happen.
