Life is Like a Cup of Coffee

Reading time: 2 – 3 minutes

Life can get so hectic and crazy, especially if you’re juggling family and work.  It’s easy to get caught up in the rush of day to day living and forget to really live life.

So here’s our reminder for this week to slow down and focus on what matters.

Don’t miss the most important moments.  Don’t let things get so busy that you don’t make time for family and for yourself.  Slow down.  Enjoy the little things.  Take time to make memories.  Think about what will matter 10 or 20 years from now.

“You don’t get to choose how you’re going to die. Or when.
But you can decide how you’re going to live now.” ~Joan Baez

Nothing is worth more than this day.  ~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Life’s a journey, not a destination.  ~Aerosmith

Enjoy the video, and take time out to relax today.  Kick off your shoes and walk barefoot in the grass.  Make a play dough creation with your kids.  Do something you enjoy.

I am not sure that I will look at coffee the same way again.

This was great to watch. So much truth that I have always known from within, but never would have looked at it quite this way. From now on, each cup of coffee will be a reminder, and guess what, I own a coffee shop.

Wasn’t that a neat video? I’d never have thought about coffee quite that way, but it’s a great reminder (especially for those of us who usually have a cup sitting on the desk).
