Want to Know My Secret Weapon?

We’ve all got our “secret weapons” in business.  I haven’t been shy about sharing with you that I work with coaches and mastermind groups, and I know they’ve been a big key to me moving forward.

Today I want to share one of my “secret weapons” with you and how you can learn from her totally tomorrow.  (Click here to skip my story and go straight to the free training.)

She’s like my sonic screwdriver who can get me out of any situation I’m stuck in and back into smart action that moves me forward so I can get back to saving the world from alien invasion helping more people and playing a bigger game in my business.

Here’s the inside scoop… a while back I attended Nancy Marmolejo’s I Heart My Biz event.  And there I connected with Therese Skelly who spoke from the stage about how important mindset is in business.

Well, I should say, she connected with me.  Therese was just determined that I was going to join her for business coaching.  And I kept hiding but she kept after me (how that’s for proof consistent follow up works?).

Once Therese finally got ahold of me, we started working through lots of fears that were holding me back, as well as issues with owning my value and being able to say out loud, “Hey, I ROCK at what I do, and it’s okay to get paid well for doing it.”

And I know I’m not the only one who fights with that particular challenge… it’s really frustrating when you know you’re good at what you do and you can make a big difference for people but you aren’t attracting the right clients and making the money you want to make.

So how do you fix it?  I’m glad you asked!  ;)

Join me Tuesday July 17th at 3pm ET, for a totally free call where I’ll interview Therese and get her to share with us some of the same strategies and secrets she’s used to help me transform my business in the last year.  (Replay will be available after the call so don’t worry if the time doesn’t work for you or if you’re reading this later on Tuesday, just sign up and you’ll get access to the call replay.)

And I’d love to know who or what are YOUR secret weapons in business.  Please share in the comments!

  1. I think talking to successful people who struggle with the same fears helps a lot. I’ve seen a number of people (including you) grow so much when they step out of their comfort zone. Looks like you and Therese clicked and she is pushing you into your potential. Yes, Michelle, you do rock. :)

I have a mastermind group but don’t use it to it’s full potential. Got get back to that.

    1. Mastermind groups are awesome when they work right. ;) There is a lot of benefit to just hearing that other people have the same challenges, and how they’ve worked through them.

      And thank you. :)

  2. Sounds like you and Therese have an amazing coaching relationship. She has certainly helped you to peel away the layers of fear to make you visible to your tribe.

I don’t have any secret weapons in business. I have a mission and a vision that keep me laser focused.

I’m open to anything and everything that will help me with my mission and my vision.

    1. I’d consider knowing your mission a secret weapon! :) Without that, we end up drifting aimlessly but never really sure what the right path is. Our vision helps us focus and stay motivated.

  3. Hi Michelle,
